How it works:
- Choose a gift you think they will like and click "buy".
- Decide whether you want to use the wrap & post free (but
less flexible) e-voucher or the fully flexible Gold Gift Option (
£2.95 wrap & post.)
- We send the voucher of your choice "tagged" with details of the
gift you want to give.
- The gift voucher is printed with a points value to disguise the
cash price.
- The vouchers explain how the gift recipient can customise the
gift so it is exactly RIGHT for THEM (booking dates, gift
delivery, sizes or colours, commissioning details etc).
How flexible
will your gift be?
We want your gift to be cherished and bragged about - not
forgotten or passed on to a charity shop. So we've made it
possible for the gift recipient to choose many aspects of the gift
- colours, sizes, styles. With our Gold Gift Option, they can
even choose a completely different gift - so if it's not already
the pefect gift for them, they can choose something else they

Delivery options
Choose the Gold Gift 1st class post
delivery option (£2.95) if you want to give them:
- the choice of picking another gift of the same points
value
- a full year to choose
- a beautifully wrapped gift voucher
Choose the wrap & post FREE no
frills E-voucher option if:
- you are 100% certain this is the gift for them or
- you want to give the gift physically yourself or
- you are treating yourself (time you did!)and
- the shorter 30 day expiry date works for you.
Left it late?
- use the optional and free email notification with the
1st class delivery option
- use the guaranteed next day delivery option
- use the e-voucher
How to get FREE Wrap
& Post
We don't like charging for wrap & post - but we have to do
it to cover credit card costs, handling etc. And as we keep
all income in a separate account until gifts are delivered, we need
to cover our out-of-pocket costs from somewhere.
Here are some ways to get your gifts wrap & post free:
- Register
- Give feedback on a gift you've been given
- Make a bona fide recommendation of a quality
supplier.

Our price policy
Our policy is that you should pay no more buying a gift through
us than you would if you bought directly from our supplier.
We do not charge our suppliers for appearing on this website but
we do charge a commission on gifts purchased through us. This
commission fits into our suppliers marketing margin - the amount
they set aside for paying for google adwords and other types of
advertising. Obviously, our suppliers feel the commission we
charge is good value or they wouldn't choose to appear on this
site.
We do make a small price uplift to make the gift value fit the
points scheme - but this uplift goes to the supplier rather than
us. We do ask the supplier to offer a small extra something
to make up for this uplift and most do this as they want you to
know the good value that they offer.
The points system
We know that you don't want your gift's value to be immediately
obvious to the recipient so all our gifts are marked with a points
value. If you are buying a gift, you will also see the cash
value. But if you have been given a gift and want to change it, you
will only see the points value. This means that some of our
gifts may cost slightly more than the suppliers advertised price.
But our suppliers will try and add in a little extra something to
make up for this difference in price.

How long are the vouchers
valid?
"Gold Gift" option vouchers are
valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issue. E- vouchers are
valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Can the voucher life be
extended?
Yes, as long as they have not expired and have counterfoils
attached. Send them back to us and we will send new vouchers
to 80% of the value of the old vouchers ( the 20% covers our
handling costs).
E-vouchers can also be extended for a £5 handling charge.
Sorry, we cannot extend vouchers that are past their expiry
date.
Can vouchers be
transferred?
Yes, as long as they have not expired and have counterfoils
attached. Send them back to us and we will send new vouchers
to 80% of the value of the old vouchers ( the 20% covers our
handling costs).
Vouchers are printed with the gift recipients name and address
as a security measure for both them and the gift provider, some of
whom will visit a client in their home or be working with clients
in one-to-one situations. A gift provider can refuse to accept
vouchers if they are concerned about security or suitability of the
person for their services.
Privacy and data protection
promise
We will only use your details to contact you in connection with
this order. Otherwise, we will not use your details to contact you
unless you specifically give us permission. We will not pass your
details to any 3rd party unless required by law to do so. We will
only contact voucher recipients to send notifiaction emails or
in connection with feedback.
How do we keep your money
safe?
We transfer the value of your voucher to separate deposit
account. This keeps your money safe until such time as the voucher
is redeemed.
