Making a gift
experience booking
Please book in plenty of time.
We try to support the smaller local companies who offer the more
unique experiences and where the owners are close to the business
and try to go the extra mile for their clients. Fleet footed
and flexible in their approach though they may be, like all other
companies, they do hit capacity in busy times. Some suppliers have
waiting lists as long as 6 weeks ahead.
Please also note that some experiences only run when there are
sufficent numbers. Suppliers have to do this to continue to offer
good value for money to all their clients (including those who
bought your gift.)
Weather
What makes some of our gift experiences so much fun is that each
experience is unique to you - and sometimes it's the weather that
makes it that way. So if a gift activity provider can't
deliver your gift on a specified day - please bear with them, it's
not their fault. Please call flying and water based activity
providers before you leave to check that weather won't stop
play. We will always honour gift vouchers that expire while
you are waiting to get a suitable day - as long as you have already
made a first booking with the activity provider before the voucher
epxiration date.
The points system
All gifts have a points value so you can swap with a gift of an
equal value, no fuss. The points value of the gift you
have been given is shown on your vouchers and at the bottom right
hand corner of the card telling you about your original gift.

our handling costs). Email us to renew an e-voucher (£5

Yes, as long as they have not expired and have counterfoils
attached. Send them back to us and we will send new vouchers

Vouchers are printed with your name and address as a security
measure for both you and the gift provider, some of whom will visit
a client in their home or be working with clients in one-to-one
situations. A gift provider can refuse to accept vouchers if
they are concerned about security or suitability of the person for
their services.
