How are the gifts dispatched?
Gifts are sent directly from the gift
provider.
E-vouchers are your
order. They are sent to you and copied to the gift provider. You
can specify that you want the gift sent to the gift recipient and
send them a copy of the e-voucher so that they can get in touch
with the gift provider. With art & craft vouchers the gift
provider will start to prepare your gift for dispatch straight away
unless they need to be given further instructions about
customisation in which case they will wait for you to get in touch.
With other types of gifts ( such as experience gifts and useful
gifts) the gift provider will also wait for you to get in touch
Gold Gift Vouchers
are sent to your gift recipient. They then contact the gift
provider.
