No fuss flexibility

We want our gifts to be desired, used and proudly displayed and bragged about - not left in cupboards or forgotten. So we've built flexibility in as far as we can whilst keeping things secure.

The degree of flexibility in your gift depends on:

• The type of gift (art & craft gifts or experience, useful & learning gifts).
• Whether it's given by e-voucher or gold gift option.

How flexible can the gift recipient be with your Art & Craft Gift?

(1) As long as the gift provider hasn't started work on the gift or posted it.

(2) Vouchers are issued in a mix of £10, £25 & £50 vouchers and unused vouchers can be used elsewhere.

(3) As long as the gift provider hasn't started work on the gift or posted it and on payment of £10 handling charge.

How flexible can the gift recipient be with your experience, useful or learning gift?

Specify when they use the gift (within the expiry period).
Choose another gift of the same value from the same gift provider.
Select a more expensive gift from the same provider and pay the difference in cost.
Get a cheaper gift from this provider and use the rest of the gift with another supplier .		(1)

Extend the expiry date of a voucher.	(3)	(4)

(1) Vouchers are issued in a mix of £10, £25 & £50 vouchers and unused vouchers can be used elsewhere.

(2) On payment of a £5 handling charge

(3) On payment of a £5 handling charge and, if the gift has increased in cost, on payment of the difference in price.  This must be done before the expiry date of the voucher.

(4) Vouchers re-issued at 80% of face value.  This must be done before the expiry date of the voucher.

How are the gifts dispatched?

Gifts are sent directly from the gift provider.

E-vouchers are your order. They are sent to you and copied to the gift provider. You can specify that you want the gift sent to the gift recipient and send them a copy of the e-voucher so that they can get in touch with the gift provider. With art & craft vouchers the gift provider will start to prepare your gift for dispatch straight away unless they need to be given further instructions about customisation in which case they will wait for you to get in touch. With other types of gifts ( such as experience gifts and useful gifts) the gift provider will also wait for you to get in touch

Gold Gift Vouchers are sent to your gift recipient.  They then contact the gift provider.
