Well , its true that Charlotte uses imported quality chocolate, but she also uses local flower essences and that makes her handmade gourmet chocolates unique. And they are seasonal – just ephemeral. In fact, by the time Charlotte heard that she had won a coveted 2 star Great Taste Award 2010 for her Scots Pine flavoured chocolates, they were no longer in production. We are all eagerly waiting next spring!
