Learn to cook like a master chef

There’s always going to be a time when you want to impress with your cooking skills. You may not want to enter Master Chef or even Come Dine With Me but it could be that critical second date when all is (with a bit of careful planning and the right atmosphere) going to go just right or, more stressfully, you’ve got people coming for a meal who you need to IMPRESS for career reasons.

A prize winning master chef with experience of working in the best hotels here and in Australia, we are going to spend an enjoyable day cooking with a meal left for you to enjoy that evening. Its maybe just going to be you and I or you can share your fun with a couple of friends learning how to cook your master chef quality signature dishes. We’ll chat over the phone beforehand about the food you like or have always wanted to try or the dinner party you want to show off at. I will leave you with recipe cards and work method sheets so you can reproduce your signature dishes for years to come.
