A great Mothers Day treat. Just ensure she is going to be in, invite her favourite family members or old friends for a surprise party and we will arrange for an exquisite traditional afternoon tea for up to 5 people with sublime savouries and dainty sweets, to be delivered to her door with the waitress.We can make the tea regular or gluten free too –why should a Mum with one of those underlying medical conditions miss out on the sweet treats? We will supply 4 – 5 delicious triangle sandwiches and 4 -5 dainty cakes per person. The tea is delivered complete with any servingware required, such as cake stands, platters, tea pots and china. Most ladylike!
When we deliver, we’ll check with Mum when she wants us to collect the used serving plates (no need for her to wash them up).
Rather than get involved in our normal deposit arrangement, we include the deposit in the price and, on collection of the serving wear, leave a bonus 2 course comfort meal for 2 for Mum to pop in the fridge for another day… that way, Mothers’ Day will last that little bit longer.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY When ordering, please be sure to let the chef know what sandwiches and cakes are Mum’s favourites. Sorry, but someone has to make the hard choice and it might as well be you!
Orders must be received two days before delivery.
Delivery is free within a 15 mile radius of EH3 which includes all of Edinburgh and surroundings as far as Rosyth, Kirknewton, Balerno, Leadburn, Pathhead & Port Seaton.
