Courses range from basic techniques, to more advanced aspects, and everything in between and are created around your needs and requirements. So if you’ve got particular dietary requirements you need to learn to cook for, favourite dishes you would like to prepare or techniques you just haven’t been able to conquer, then just tell us and we will include them in. And if you need to recap a technique or skip aspects that don’t interest you, easy.
With your tenderly prepared meal left for you and your friend or partner to consume afterwards, it’s much better value than a cook school.
This session can take place in your own home where you will not only get used to your own oven and batterie de cuisine but it will be so much more convenient if you’ve got caring responsibilities, travel difficulties or work obligations to consider. And if your kitchen is big enough, share the lessons and get even better value. Each lesson lasts 2 – 3 hours depending on what we are preparing.
