A graduate of Glasgow University, Sarah is also the current Miss Earth Scotland and has travelled the world representing Scotland. In this role she has had the opportunity to savour some fabulous moments and has been taken places she would never have been able to visit. It is this experience that she has been trying to infuse in her chocolate making.
She has trained as a chocolatier, a training that involved working in Andrew Fairlie’s Michelin starred restaurant.
