What you’ll do
Starting off with an introduction to chocolate and how to taste it, you then get into your first tasting session. Then watch the chocolate truffle making demonstration before trying it for yourself. Another demonstration and chance to do–it-yourself follows – chocolate lollies! Then its to the real hot stuff – chocolate cocktails! (non alcoholic options can be provided). However, the real professional bit comes now – the sampling of the chocolates. You HAVE to have a bit of each – its all part of the training!
There will be a chance to stock up on the chocolate products you need to make your own chocolates before you sink to the sofa – totally indulged.
Location
These parties can be almost anywhere in Central Scotland from Dundee to Dunbar and from Inverary to Ayr. (We can offer a reduced rate in Central Scotland within 25 miles of Glasgow)
Note: a microwave and kitchen are needed large enough to accommodate party goers.
