This is the gift of a 1 hour off road driving session for 2 people.
Following a short briefing, you’ll be taking the wheel of either the capable Land Rover Discovery or Defender under Alan’s expert tuition.
The Course
Alan has developed his course to meet the British Off-Road Driving Association’s rigorous 250 point standard.
The Route
Many “off road” experiences are based on fairly tight sites and have to rely on concrete tracks with man-made obstacles but Shandon’s super large, 800 acre site provides a great range of real challenges to create an authentic off-road adventure. If you get stuck, you will have an opportunity to self-recover using the winch.
The Setting
There are fantastic views over the Clyde but don’t plan on getting time to enjoy the scenery because you’ll need your full attention to master a route through thick mud, over rocky hills and up steep banks.
