This funky workshop is a great for any team looking to give back to the community and have a lot of creative hands-on fun in the process. This workshop will enable teams to design and make their very own funked up junk from recycled furniture and household items. Sounds like fun but just how easy will your team find it to make a co-ordinating suite of desirable, funky furniture. Can they agree on the purpose of the furniture and the ideal customer type let alone how they will design it?
If you wish, you can purchase the furniture you’ve upcycled to make a statement piece for your reception area, boardroom or staff rest area.
For no additional cost, turn this into a whole day experience and work with the volunteer team to collect and deliver furniture for the other half of the day. We can guarantee you will get your eyes opened seeing how efficient a team this charity has built up using workers who’ve overcome more personal challenges than most and with NO financial incentives to assist them. Making a full day of this activity will also allow more people to take part as two teams can be set up and can swap tasks at lunchtime.
