Yoga is well known for its positive affect on both the body and the mind allowing both to destress and untangle. This is a gift of three one to one yoga classes and takes place in a comfortable studio in Hyndland in the West End of Glasgow. Veronica’s teaching style focuses on inner body awareness. Using an intuitive and motivational approach she helps her yoga class students to develop an attitude of self-exploration and an understanding of the body-mind connection. Through gentle encouragement the student is supported to develop regular yoga practice expanding their potential for profound and lifelong positive change.
