Team Development Training Outcomes

At the planning and briefing stage, please let us know the priority outcomes you would like to achieve and we will assist the activity specialist to structure the activities accordingly. Ask for the data sheet for each activity that shows the outcomes that can be achieved e.g. learning stress reduction techniques, team bonding; increasing individual participant's self confidence; challenging participant's comfort zones; promoting leadership qualities; exposing conflict within the team; examining team values.

We are also developing events that are strong on corporate social responsibility.

Evaluation

Each activity will be evaluated through use of feedback forms or online survey depending on your preferences.
