Thrilled to chilled rating

Every gift has a thrilled to chilled rating as follows:

	Thrilled - high adrenaline
	Stretched - activity gifts
	Cultured - gifts for the mind
	Helped - useful gifts
	Indulged - online retail therapy
	Chilled - pampering gifts

Eco rating

Every gift is also given an eco rating:

	Minimum use of carbon in enjoying in the activity or making the gifts and mimimum use of resources in any assets involved.
	Uses some fuel in enjoying the activity or making the gift or some use of resources in the assets invovled.
	Uses a LOT of fuel in enjoying the activity, making the gift or in providing the assets used.
